HK Way (「喂~香港」) is a Hong Kong public-transport information app. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

Information handled by HK Way

  • Location: With your permission, HK Way uses your device location to find nearby transport stops and services. Location access is optional and can be changed in iOS Settings. HK Way does not maintain its own server-side history of your location.
  • Favorites and preferences: Saved routes, stations, stops, app settings, and purchase-access status are stored on your device. Information needed by the HK Way widget is shared locally between the app and widget using an Apple App Group. You can remove saved information from within the app or by deleting the app.
  • Purchases: The optional HK Way Full purchase is processed by Apple. HK Way receives transaction and entitlement status from Apple but does not receive or store your payment-card details.

Advertising

The free version displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google and its partners may process information such as device identifiers, advertising data, IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, and approximate location inferred from the IP address, subject to your device settings, consent choices, and applicable law. HK Way Full removes advertisements.

Where required, HK Way presents Google’s consent choices before requesting advertisements. You may be able to review or change those choices from the app’s privacy settings.

Transit data and external services

HK Way uses public transport datasets and may contact transport operators or public data services to retrieve arrival information. Those services receive the network requests necessary to provide the requested information and apply their own privacy policies. Opening maps or external links may also transfer you to services operated by Apple or other third parties.

Data sharing and sale

The developer does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Apple, Google, transport-data providers, and other services only as described above and under their respective policies.

Children

HK Way is a general-audience transport utility and is not designed to collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when HK Way’s features or legal requirements change. The latest version and its update date will remain available on this page.

「喂~香港」（HK Way）是一款香港公共交通資訊應用程式。本政策說明你使用本應用程式時，資料會如何被處理。

「喂~香港」處理的資料

  • 位置： 在獲得你的允許後，「喂~香港」會使用裝置位置尋找附近的交通車站及服務。位置權限並非必要，你可隨時在 iOS「設定」中更改。「喂~香港」不會在開發者伺服器建立或保存你的位置紀錄。

廣告

免費版會顯示由 Google AdMob 提供的廣告。Google 及其合作夥伴可能會按照你的裝置設定、同意選擇及適用法律，處理裝置識別碼、廣告資料、IP 位址、應用程式互動、診斷資料，以及從 IP 位址推斷的大概位置等資料。「HK Way 完全版」不會顯示廣告。

交通資料及外部服務

「喂~香港」使用公共交通資料集，並可能連接交通營辦商或公共資料服務，以取得到站資訊。這些服務會接收提供所需資訊所必需的網絡請求，並按其各自的私隱政策處理資料。開啟地圖或外部連結亦可能將你帶到由 Apple 或其他第三方營運的服務。

資料分享及出售

開發者不會出售個人資料。只有在上述情況下，Apple、Google、交通資料供應者及其他服務才可能按照其各自政策處理資料。

兒童

「喂~香港」是一般交通工具應用程式，並非為收集兒童個人資料而設計。

當「喂~香港」的功能或法律要求有變時，本政策可能會更新。最新版本及更新日期會持續刊載於本頁。
